Rolex Submariner 5514 Comex cassa acciaio con valvola dell’elio, fondello Comex con incisione della assegnazione, anno di produzione 1977, ghiera acciaio bidirezionale inserto alluminio colore nero, vetro plastica a cupola, quadrante Comex colore nero opaco indici e sfere al trizio, movimento meccanico a carica automatica, bracciale Oyster acciaio maglie piene con chiusura deployante Rolex.
Il Rolex Submariner con la referenza 5514, insieme alla referenza 5517, sono gli unici due modelli di Rolex Submariner non prodotti per il pubblico privato.

The Rolex Submariner with the reference 5514, together with the reference 5517, are the only two Rolex Submariner models not produced for the private public.
